Trevway Total Clean was founded by Matt Drake and Tyler Arneson, two lifelong friends from Lakeville, Minnesota who grew up valuing hard work, reliability, and doing things the right way. What started as a small local operation has quickly grown into a trusted exterior cleaning service for homeowners and businesses across the South Metro.
We built Trevway with a simple goal: to deliver consistently high quality results while treating every property with care and respect. From crystal clear windows to detailed exterior cleaning, we combine professional grade equipment with close attention to detail on every job.
As college student owner operators, Tyler and Matt stay directly involved in day to day operations. In addition to leading each project, they have hired and trained a dedicated team of technicians to uphold Trevway’s standards of professionalism, safety, and attention to detail. Every member of our team is carefully trained to ensure consistent results and a positive experience for every customer.
