Trevway Total Clean

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Trevway Total Clean ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") for all services provided. By scheduling or accepting our services, you agree to these Terms.
Trevway Total Clean provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
• Window cleaning (interior and exterior)
• Solar panel cleaning
• Pressure washing and soft washing
• Gutter cleaning
• Holiday lighting installation and removal
All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
2.1 Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement between Customer and Company. Scheduled dates and times are approximate and may be adjusted due to weather conditions or operational requirements.
2.2 Cancellations by Company: Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. No cancellation fee will be charged to Customer in such cases.
Services are weather-dependent. Company reserves the right to postpone or reschedule services due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Customer as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest available date.
4.1 Payment Due: For residential services, payment is due upon completion of services. For commercial services, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, credit card, and electronic payment methods.
4.3 Pricing: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Pricing may be adjusted for significant changes in scope, access issues, or conditions not disclosed at the time of estimate.
5.1 Access: Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and ensuring clear pathways. If access is not provided, Company may reschedule and Customer may be charged a trip fee.
5.2 Pets: Customer must secure all pets during service. Company is not responsible for pets that escape due to Customer's failure to secure them.
5.3 Fragile Items: Customer must notify Company of any fragile, delicate, or valuable items near work areas prior to service. Company is not responsible for damage to items not disclosed in advance.
5.4 Existing Damage: Customer must disclose any pre-existing damage, defects, or concerns regarding windows, screens, frames, siding, or other surfaces to be serviced. Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions.
5.5 Water and Electricity: For services requiring water or electricity, Customer must provide access to functioning outdoor water spigots and electrical outlets where necessary.
6.1 Insurance Coverage: Company maintains general liability insurance covering property damage and bodily injury arising from our services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
6.2 Limitations: Company is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation of windows or fixtures, defective materials, thermal stress cracks, seal failures, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
6.3 Claims: Any damage claims must be reported to Company within 24 hours of service completion. Company will investigate all claims promptly and in good faith.
6.4 Maximum Liability: Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7.1 Quality Commitment: We stand behind the quality of our work. If Customer is not satisfied with our service, Customer must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
7.2 Corrections: If a legitimate issue is identified, Company will return to address the concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by weather, environmental factors, or conditions arising after service completion.
8.1 Good Faith Efforts: Both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes directly before pursuing formal legal action.
8.2 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Minnesota.
9.1 Price Adjustments: Company reserves the right to adjust pricing for recurring services with 30 days' written notice. Customer may cancel services if they do not agree to the new pricing.
Customers who refer new clients to Company may be eligible for referral discounts as specified in our current promotional materials. Referral discounts are applied after the referred customer has completed their first paid service. Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL STAINS, HARD WATER DEPOSITS, OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE CAN BE FULLY REMOVED.
12.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any written service agreements or quotes, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
12.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Modifications: Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective for services scheduled after the modification date.
